Why BlackRock Selected Sui Crypto: Understanding suiUSDe & USDi
The dual-token framework is set to propel SUI to $5. suiUSDe will be supported by a portfolio of digital assets along with short futures positions, enabling the stablecoin to function over-collateralized and yield returns. In contrast, USDi will be tied to BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, providing access to institutional-grade money-market available volume.
All net income, after expenses, will be reinvested to acquire SUI tokens via both Sui’s foundation and SUIG, consequently enhancing tokenomics and increasing demand for the native coin.
“The launch of suiUSDe by SUIG marks our initial step towards creating infrastructure as a treasury vehicle… focused on delivering scalable value for our stakeholders,” stated Marius Barnett, SUIG Chairman.
