Strategy and Metaplanet Currently Hold 3.1 Percent of Bitcoin’s Total Supply

Two leading corporate Bitcoin investors, Strategy and Metaplanet, have increased their holdings once more, elevating their combined portfolio to almost 3.1 percent of the entire Bitcoin circulating supply. As public corporations persist in viewing BTC as a strategic asset, the supply dynamics are subtly evolving in real time.

Strategy Acquires Additional $51M in BTC

Strategy, which was previously known as MicroStrategy, revealed it purchased another 430 BTC earlier this week for approximately $51.4 million. This translates to about $119,666 per Bitcoin. With this acquisition, its total holdings surge to an impressive 629,376 Bitcoin. This represents nearly 3 percent of the BTC currently available.
