Zach Witkoff, the offspring of US special envoy Steve Witkoff and co-founder of World Liberty Financial, aims to propel the tokenization of Trump properties by integrating them into the blockchain.
While speaking with Donald Trump Jr. at the Token2049 conference in Singapore on 1 October 2025, he outlined his vision for the tokenization of Trump properties, specifically notable assets like Trump Tower Dubai, transforming them into tokenized investment opportunities for investors.
An article from Bloomberg published on 2 October 2025 details Witkoff’s ambitions for the tokenization of Trump properties, where he mentioned, “The Trump family holds one of the most thrilling real estate asset collections globally. Imagine being able to go onto an exchange and purchase a coin for Trump Tower Dubai?”
